Wholesale Returns Policy

All returns at AH Wholesale Yorkshire Ltd are handled on a trade-only basis. As a wholesale supplier, returns are assessed individually and are subject to approval by our sales team.

Retail consumer return rights do not apply.

How to Request a Return

If you believe a return is required, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our team by email with your order reference number

  2. Provide clear details of the issue, including photos where applicable

  3. Await written return authorisation before sending any goods

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

We will consider returns in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Goods damaged in transit

  • Manufacturing defects identified on delivery

Important Conditions

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Goods must remain unused and in original packaging

  • Supporting evidence (photos or documentation) may be required

Approved faulty returns may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance stock and end-of-line items

  • Mixed job lots or bulk clearance deals

  • Goods sold as seen

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders returned without prior approval

All clearance and mixed stock sales are final.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Replacement or credit arrangements are confirmed once goods are inspected

Refunds & Credits

Where a return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method

  • Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for future orders

  • Processing times may vary depending on inspection and payment method

We aim to resolve all approved return cases promptly and fairly.

Trade-Only Notice

Please note:

  • We do not offer “change of mind” returns

  • Wholesale orders are supplied based on confirmed enquiries

  • Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability before purchase
